Delete your Finalio account

Finalio is a tournament and league maker app by Errnify. You can ask us to delete your Finalio account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

Option 1 — from the app

1. Open Finalio and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap "Delete my account". Your email app opens with a pre-filled request.
4. Send the email without changing the registered address in it.

Option 2 — by email

Send an email to info@errnify.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". If you can no longer reach that address, include your username and the sign-in method you used (Google or Apple) so we can verify the account.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email address, avatar).
• Tournaments you own, including their participants, fixtures, scores and standings.
• Your membership and admin roles in other people's tournaments.

What we may keep

Records we are required to keep by law, such as purchase and payment records handled by Apple, Google and RevenueCat, and anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first.

How long it takes

We confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once it is done, it cannot be undone.
